During your first three transactions, the commission split will be:
• 50% to PH Realty Team
• 25% to your assigned mentor
• 25% to you, the agent
This temporary structure reflects the investment being made in your growth—providing you with comprehensive support, training resources, and mentorship from experienced professionals to ensure a strong start in your real estate career.
After completing the mentor program, you’ll transition into our performance-based commission structure, which escalates as you increase your production.
